During my time spent at Outlook Elementary School, I was able to observe several blended math classes. In relation to blended learning, personalized learning is one component that makes it a blended environment where students have some choice in time, place, path, and pace. The general consensus is that personalized learning is tailored to learners’ individual needs. That being said, blended learning can allow for students to accelerate at their own pace, set their own goals, and choose when they work on certain subjects.
